Give teachers the skills, the support and the platform they deserve, and they will lead the classrooms that shape the future. That belief is the whole reason Scrollwell exists.

I'm Roshan Singh — an educator, speaker, and founder of Scrollwell. Since 2020 I have worked directly with over 61,000 teachers, students and young professionals, through classroom bootcamps, live online cohorts, institutional partnerships and public speaking.

What I kept seeing was the same gap. Teachers are under real pressure to adapt — to AI, to NEP 2020, to students who already use tools their colleges have not caught up with. Course marketplaces sell them a recorded video and disappear. Nobody stays for the part that actually counts: using it in Monday's class, and getting it on paper for CAS.

So we built the opposite. Live evenings, real trainers, and documentation at the end that a teacher's institution can file.

What is Scrollwell?
Scrollwell is India's upskilling app for teachers. Since 2020, 61,000+ educators have trained with us through live evening FDPs on AI, modern pedagogy and research skills — each one ending in an instructor-signed certificate teachers use for CAS promotions and their institution's NAAC and NBA files. Sessions run live on Zoom, one hour a day.
What is Scrollwell's mission?
We give teachers one focused hour a day that makes them better at their job, and the documented proof that makes it count for their career.
What types of training programs do you offer?
We offer a diverse range of training programs, including:
  • Faculty Development Programs (FDP): Focus on essential digital skills for educators — using online learning platforms, integrating technology into lesson plans, and effectively utilizing digital tools for assessment and feedback.
  • Themed Training Programs: Programs on specific subjects like educational technology in Engineering, innovative teaching methods in Education, or digital skills for entrepreneurship ventures.
What is the mode of delivery for FDP?
The FDP is delivered through Zoom Video Conferencing, providing an interactive online learning experience accessible from anywhere.
How long will I have access to course materials?
Participants will enjoy perpetual access to course videos and practice problems within Google Classroom. This ensures maximum flexibility, enabling individuals to learn at their preferred pace without any time constraints.
Is there a Certificate of Completion?
Yes! Upon successful completion, participants will receive an instructor-signed certificate from Scrollwell, validating their participation in the FDP.
How will I receive confirmation of my participation?
Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email. It is advised to apply early as participation is limited.
When will I receive the session joining link?
Session links and joining details will be circulated 15 minutes before each daily session via email.

Where are Scrollwell's offices located?

Our programs are open to educators, faculty members, academic professionals, and students looking to enhance their digital teaching and learning skills across various disciplines.
Are the programs self-paced or instructor-led?
Our FDPs are live, instructor-led programs conducted via Zoom. Recorded sessions and practice materials are available in Google Classroom for self-paced review afterward.
