Terms & conditions — Scrollwell learning portal

Version 1.0

1. Who we are

This portal is run by Scrollwell Edutech LLP ("Scrollwell") for participants of its Faculty Development Programmes and other courses.

2. Your account

Your account is personal. Do not share your password or sign-in codes. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Data we use

We use your name, email, phone, institution and designation to run the programme, record attendance, quiz results and feedback, send programme emails, and issue and verify your certificate. Certificates can be verified publicly by their ID (name, programme and date are shown). We do not sell your data. You can ask us to correct your details.

4. Attendance and certificates

Certificates are issued only after the programme ends, to participants who meet the published attendance, quiz and feedback criteria, and after final approval by Scrollwell. Self-marked attendance can be reviewed and corrected by the organisers; their record is final.

5. Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded and shared with participants. By joining, you agree that your name or questions may appear in the recording.

6. Conduct

Be respectful in live sessions and chats. Do not share programme materials publicly without permission. Scrollwell may pause an account that misuses the portal.

7. Fees, refunds and no-shows

Where a programme has a fee, its refund and no-show rules are those published with that programme. Missing sessions does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

8. Marketing emails

We may tell past participants about future programmes. Every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

9. Changes

If these terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
